A warm welcome to "El Rinconcito Paisa #1", a culinary gem born in 2007 in the vibrant city of Miami. This establishment became a meeting place for Colombian food lovers, taking its guests on a journey through the distinctive flavors and aromas of the Antioquia region. Behind this successful business is a brave and entrepreneurial family originally from Medellín, the capital city of that same region.

 

The Toro family, headed by Libardo and Gloria, decided to make a radical change in their lives – emigrate to the United States in search of new opportunities for themselves and their three children: Carolina, Kevin, and Bryan. They arrived in Miami with the determination to succeed in their new home.

 

The restaurant’s menu reflects the culinary diversity of Colombia. From classic dishes such as Pan Paisa and Calentado to exquisite Empanadas and the succulent Sancocho, each bite is steeped in tradition. We are proud to serve you the authentic flavors of Colombia along with the values of hospitality, perseverance, and love for traditional Colombian cuisine.
